We aim to dispatch your finished piece within 1 month from the date of receiving your dental impression. Turnaround times can vary depending on the volume of work and the complexity of the design.

Please note that we will use our best endeavours to meet the stated time frames for dispatch and delivery; however, many factors can affect these timelines and they cannot be guaranteed.

Once your piece is complete, you will receive a message with your tracking details for shipment.
​
All home impression kits are sent via Tracked Delivery.
All finished products are sent via Insured & Tracked Delivery.

Customs

International shipments may take longer to reach you due to customs.

Please check if there are any customs fees in your destination country prior to placing an order, as we do not offer cancellations or refunds.

If your item has a customs charge, most customs offices will hold it for 21 calendar days before returning it to us. If paying the fee online, we recommend doing so at least 3 days before the item is due to be returned.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, you will be liable for tracked & insured redelivery of your grillz or jewellery.

When returning your dental impression, please ensure that you DO NOT add the total price of your grillz on the customs shipping form.

This is for us to declare when shipping your finished piece back to you so that it is fully insured. You can declare the value as £0 — otherwise, you may be charged additional fees by your local courier, and we may incur an import charge, which we will not be liable for.
