Impression Kit

Step Mould Kit allows you to take your dental impression at home or with your dentist.

Your kit includes:

• Top or bottom trays

• Putty base (2 attempts)

• Putty catalyst (2 attempts)

• 2 x Light body syringes

• Order form

Please ensure your order form is completed accurately to avoid delays in processing.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly completed forms, even if details have been discussed via email or Instagram. It is important that the form includes the full details of your order.

Taking Your Impression

• Take your impression at home by following the provided instructions

• Or have your dentist assist you using the kit

Returning Your Impression Kit

Please return your completed impression within one week of receiving your kit.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending your impression back to us, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Turnaround Time

Once your dental impression has been received by our workshop, production on your order will begin. Our current turnaround time is approximately 5 weeks from the date your kit arrives back with us.
