Refund Policy – Family Jewels
 

At Family Jewels, all pieces are custom-made to order.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the specialist labour involved, we operate a strict no-refund policy once an order has been confirmed.
 

Custom Orders
 

All grillz and jewellery are individually crafted based on your specifications, including moulds, sizing, materials, and design choices.
 

Once your order has been:
 

  • Approved

  • Paid for (in full or deposit)

  • Put into production

It cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
 

This is due to:
 

  • The custom nature of each piece

  • Costs incurred with contractors and production

  • Materials being sourced and allocated specifically to your order

     

Deposits & Payments
 

Any deposits paid are non-refundable, as they secure your order and cover initial production and material costs.
 

Completed & Accepted Work
 

Once a project has been:
 

  • Completed

  • delivered

  • Accepted by the client
     

It is considered final and not eligible for refund.
 

Adjustments & Aftercare

If there are any issues relating to fit or minor adjustments, we will review these on a case-by-case basis and may offer reasonable corrections where appropriate.
 

We also offer aftercare and maintenance services to help keep your piece in the best possible condition.
