Yes — we offer worldwide services for both grillz and jewellery.
We begin with an online consultation, where we’ll discuss your ideas and provide concept designs before you proceed with your order.
For impressions, you can either visit your dentist for a professional mould or complete one using our Home Impression Kit with guidance. This helps ensure accuracy and can speed up the production process.
All pieces are crafted to match your mould precisely, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.
We require a 50% deposit upfront to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon collection of your Grillz or prior to shipping.
For larger or more complex pieces, particularly those involving multiple or high-value stones, we may require a higher deposit of up to 80%, with the balance payable before collection or dispatch.
We always aim for our grillz and caps to fit securely and clip into place, however this cannot be guaranteed. The fit will depend on factors such as tooth shape, gum line, and the overall design.
Larger sets typically provide a more secure hold compared to single caps, spacers, or detailed inlay pieces.
For added security, a dental adhesive (such as Poligrip) can be used where needed. Certain smaller designs may naturally require this.
Minor adjustments can sometimes improve the fit. We recommend this is carried out by us at our studio; however, if you wish to adjust them yourself, please contact us beforehand. We are not responsible for any damage caused by self-adjustment.
This depends on the type of dental appliance you have. We recommend contacting us directly so we can advise based on your specific setup.
In most cases, permanent retainers fixed behind the teeth can be worked with, however traditional braces or active orthodontic treatment may limit available options.
If you have any existing dental conditions, written consent from your dentist is required prior to taking your mould.
By proceeding with the impression process, you acknowledge that Family Jewels accepts no liability for any damage or complications arising from pre-existing dental issues.
Your oral health remains your responsibility, and we strongly advise consulting your dentist if you have any concerns before proceeding.
The metal you choose plays a key role in both the feel and longevity of your grillz.
9ct Gold and Dental Gold are great all-round options, offering a strong, durable finish that holds up well with regular wear while maintaining their shape and shine.
925 Silver is also a popular choice, especially for those looking for a lighter, more accessible option. It has a slightly softer feel, which can make it comfortable to wear and easy to adjust.
